   BROWSER MUST KNOW WHICH CHARACTER SET
   (CHARACTER ENCODING) TO USE. 

WHAT IS CHARACTER ENCODING ? 
*  ASCII WAS THE FIRST CHARACTER ENCODING STANDARD (ALSO CALLED CHARACTER DET) ASCII DEFINED 128 DIFFERENT ALPHANUMERIN CHARACTER THAT CAN BE USED ON THE INTERNET NUMBERS : (0-9) ENGLISH LETTERS (A-Z) ARE SOME SPECIAL CHARACTER LIKE : ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ).
* ISO 8859-1EAS WAS THE DEFAULT CHARACTER SET OF HTML. THIS CHARACTER SET ALSO SUPPORTED 256 DIFFERENT CHARACTER CODES. MORE INFORMATION PLEASE CLICK HERE.
